For the students that want to improve their competing levels, we offer two opportunities.

• The Competition Team is a class to prepare students for competing in Tournaments. It covers rules, training and attention to detail in katas. This team is separate from our regular curriculum and does not specifically prepare for belt promotions.
  
  
• Youth Competition League is a group of students that meet several times per year to compete in with other OIKKA Schools in inter school mixed teams. This concept is designed to improve schools interaction and the meeting of new friends.
