| Barb Keiser Sensei Barb Keiser began Isshinryu Training in 1989. In 1991, Barb became the New Student Advisor and Parent Liaison. Barb received her Black Belt (Sho Dan) in 1994. Through the time that Barb spent working at the dojo, she became a Head Instructor and Office Manager. Barb is also a Senior Member of our Testing Board and President and Founding Member of ARIKATA Martial Arts. Barb has competed in over 20 Tournament and has many First Place Trophies to her credit. Her Current Rank is 5th Degree (Godan – Renshi) Black Belt. The level of Renshi means – Master in Training. |

| Ron Keiser Sensei Ron Keiser began Isshinryu Training in 1989. In 1990, Ron began assistant teaching as a Green Belt. Ron received his Black Belt (Sho Dan) in 1994. Ron worked up to a Senior Instructor responsible for Curriculum and Testing. Averaging 12-16 hours per week in volunteer teaching helped Ron develop skills that support his rank and dedication to Isshinryu today. Ron is also a Senior Member of our Testing Board and Secretary / Treasurer and Founding Member of ARIKATA Martial Arts. Ron has competed in over 20 Tournament and has many First Place Trophies to his credit. His Current Rank is 5th Degree (Godan – Renshi) Black Belt. The level of Renshi means – Master in Training. |

| Patrick Curtis Sensei Patrick Curtis began his Isshinryu career at the age of 9 in 1994, earning his Black Belt on 2/1/98. He has competed in several tournaments and has been awarded many 1st place trophies. Patrick is an Integral member of our staff, contributing new and modern material to our Curriculum. Patrick is the Leader of out Demonstration Team and supports the Competition Team. Patrick holds the rank of Yon-Dan (4th degree) Black Belt and contributes to the tradition of excellence at ARIKATA Martial Arts. Patrick is married to Katie and he works as a Programmer with a local Company. |

| Nick DiVasta Sensei Nick DiVasta began his Isshinryu career at the age of eight in 1998, he earned his Black Belt on 2/11/05. Nick began student teaching in 2004 and is currently on staff. Nick has competed in various tournaments and has been awarded many 1st place trophies.
As a strong member of the Demonstration Team, he expresses the many benefits of karate. Nick has also designed and coordinated several seminars in which students expand their knowledge of karate and build on the principles of Black Belt. Nick currently holds the rank of San-Dan (3rd degree) Black Belt. Nick attends R.I.T. and is studying Mechanical Engineering with a focus toward automotive or aerospace.

| Steve Ozminkowski Sensei Steve Ozminkowski began his Isshinryu at the age ten in 2001, he earned his Black Belt on 2/2/07. Steve began student teaching in 2002 and is currently on staff. Steve has competed in various tournaments and has been awarded many 1st place trophies. As a member of the Demonstration Team and a founding member of the Competition Team, Steve has shown his abilities as a leader and sponsor. Steve is training and learning other styles of Martial Arts that he brings to ARIKATA that help round out our curriculum, principles of Black Belt and Black Belt Excellence. Steve currently holds the rank of Ni-Dan (2nd degree) Black Belt. Steve attends SUNY Brockport and is studying Criminal Justice. He also is a member of the Greece Special Police Force. |
